The view from "The Penthouse" at Estepona is Breathtaking! Overlooking the Playa del Cristo beach, you can see Gibraltar and the mountains of Morocco in the far distance.

The Duplex Apartment is on the top (5th) floor, serviced by lift and just 50 yards from the beach!

The Marina complex with its many restaurants is a gentle 300 yard strool and a certain favourite for an elegant "Sundowner" and evening dining.

The lovely town of Estepona has retained its "Hill Village" charm but now also provides a thriving variety of shops taht cater for all possible tastes and needs.

Málaga Airport is just an hours drive away and there is a plentiful supply of Taxis and Hire cars.

The Accommodation

The Living Room and Sun Terrace are spacious and welcoming, and are served by a large, completely modernised and fully equipped Kitchen and Utility Room with automatic washing machine, dryer and dishwasher and with views to the mountains to the north.

A spiral staircase leads up to two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is en-suite. The bedrooms have double and twin beds.

On either side of the two bedrooms are large, completely seclude roof terraces with a shower unit and panoramic views in all directions.

A stairway leads to a further, delighfull Attic Bedroom with a double bed and window to the south east.

All of "The Penthouse" rooms are provided with a separate air conditioning/heater unit, and also, for the occasional chilly night in the Spanish winter there is an open fire in the leaving room.
