This brand new townhouse is a perfect blend between luxurious accommodation, style and elegance with a traditional Spanish flavour, and is located within a picturesque, tranquil landscaped setting very close to the beach.

It is situated half way between Puerto Banus and Gibraltar, and only a few minutes away from Estepona and the beautiful port of La Duquesa.

Whether it’s relaxing by the pool or on the beach, designer clothes shopping, immersing yourself in spanish history and culture, or just a round of golf on one of the many courses nearby - there is something here for everyone.

Use the townhouse to open up the opportunity of exploring lovely locations such as Malaga, Codoba, Nerja, Jerez and Cadiz (leading to Portugal and beyond) - the beautiful city of Seville less than 2 hours away.

Inside de Townhouse

The townhouse comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has splendid views all around. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern appliances such as microwave and washing machine.

The living area on the ground floor is nothing but sheer luxury with leather sofas, dining table and chairs and an integrated entertainment system including Sky TV. We have a collection of DVD’s for our clients to enjoy if a good film is what is required after a tiring day out.

There are 2 twin bedrooms on the 1st floor which overlook the gardens and pool. There is also a separate bathroom with shower.

The 2nd floor double bedroom also boasts lovely views across to the mountain range in the distance. There is a separate shower room. The 2nd floor has a small terrace with stairs leading to the roof top solarium if you need to escape for an hour or so.

Outside the Townhouse

The townhouse boasts a very pleasant garden and patio where you can enjoy that first cup of coffee, breakfast in the early morning sun with freshly squeezed orange juice, or maybe a few glasses of wine after a lovely day out.

There are sun beds and a large parasol to use in the heat of the day, and also a small bar-be-que to cook that evening meal alfresco.

The townhouse is ideally situated on the complex overlooking the pools.

Food Shopping

There are an abundance of supermarkets in the area – some are listed here below- please see locality map

• Sabinillas - Supersol - 3 km from Townhouse -Easy parking at rear of store– Good choice for weekly food shop
• Sabinillas – Lidl - 2 km from Townhouse - Easy parking - Good for basics
• Estepona Marina – Opencor - Good quality food - Open ‘till late
• Sabinillas - Open street market on Sundays – Great for fresh fruit & veg
• Estepona – Indoor market ( near to main square ) For fresh meat, fish, fruit & veg. Open everyday except Sundays ( Opposite the market is a small supermarket – ideal if you’re in town )
• Estepona ( Out of town Junction 157) Carrefour - Very large supermarket
• Puerto Banus or Fuengirola: El Corte Ingles, the famous shopping name in Spain. Food shopping on ground floor – everything else on 6 floors (like a Cavendish House or Rackhams).

Shopping Malls

The two main malls are La Canada ( with cinema ) on the outskirts of Marbella, and Miramar which is in Fuengirola. These are new complexes in very modern settings with shops for everyone. These malls are open late in the evening but have restricted opening on Sundays (mainly for the food and drink establishments).

Sotogrande is just opening a ‘Centro Commercial’ (15km from the Townhouse)with a large Opencor supermarket. The shops here are a little more ‘up-market’ and will grow in the next couple of years as new leases get taken up.

For designer clothes shopping at reduced prices, try The Factory Outlet for fantastic bargains. Located 37 km from the Townhouse on Junction 112 – past Gibraltar on the A7

Beaches

Many of the beaches along the coast have been awarded the Blue Flag for the high standards of water and sand hygiene. Most beaches offer sun beds and shades for hire on a daily basis, and the many have shower facilities. The Chiringuitos ( beach bars) are numerous and offer delicious tapas and meals to suit all tastes, together with that welcome cold drink.

Please find below just a few of the places the coast has to offer, but there are so many popular, secluded and unspoilt areas to discover – but make sure you pick up a cheap parasol for sun protection before you venture out if on a days exploration.

Sabinillas Beach

A 5 minute drive from the townhouse to the west of Estepona is Sabinillas - a fishing village where you can still see the daily catch of the local fisherman as they pull their boats up the beach. These long sandy beaches are popular with the locals.

La Rada Beach – Estepona

This is main and most popular beach right in the centre of Estepona, and acts as the sea front promenade for the old town. There are all the amenities one could wish for along this expansive beach which runs to the Marina at the west end of Estepona.

El Cristo Beach – Estepona

This sheltered cove is perfect for the very young as the beach gently slopes to the sea, and is very popular due to its ideal location meaning longer hours of sunshine. It has a great atmosphere and boasts two new Chiringuitos that have a great reputation. The cove is only a few minutes walk to the Marina with its many restaurants and bars.

Duquesa

Drive to the port to find beaches either side. Plenty of amenities on the beach and excellent chiringuitos for refreshments and food. Don’t forget to take that reading book for the perfect relaxing day.

Sotogrande

A few miles further south brings you to El Cucurucho beach at Sotogrande, perfect for a stroll. There are also beach clubs which offer a wide range of activities for the more energetic. Against the back-drop of the marina with its restaurants, this could be just the place to unwind.

Playa Puerto Banus

Puerto Banus is synonymous with a wealthy lifestyle offered by the port with its big boats, fast cars, designer shopping and nightlife. Added to this cosmopolitan resort are the wonderful beaches to the east and the west of the Marina, offering fantastic views all around, and all the facilities one could wish for.

Marbella

A day trip to Marbella for the shopping, cultural and historical interest could be made complete by spending a few hours relaxing on its main beach adjacent to the old town.

For those with plenty of energy -check out Funny beach ( turn off at Marbella Km184) -you’ll find entertainment here for all the family- from jet skis & banana boats to go-karts, trampolines and even miniature golf.

Local Beach

If you want to spend the last couple of hours soaking up the sun, why not just head for the local beach, less than 2 minutes from the townhouse. Probably not the best beach along the coast, but certainly the most convenient. Sun beds and shade can be hired, and there are new shower / changing facilities next to the car park. The Chiringuito here is ideal for that evening meal (with maybe a jug of sangria ), watching the sun go down with the gentle crashing of the wave breakers just a few yards away.
