House 2

Located in two floors and terraced to the House I, although completely independent it presents the following layout:
- Kitchen-living room and a doble room in the ground floor.
- On the second floor: two doble rooms and a bath with jacuzzi 
- 40 mts of terraced with barbecue.
- Private parking.
- Big porch shared with the house I.
- 12x5 mts swimming pool shared with the other houses.

House 3

Enjoying the same views and situated at a few meters from the other houses. The House III is built in only one floor and have the following characteristics:
- Kitchen-living room.
- Three doble rooms.
- Bath room with "hidromasaje".
- 40 mts of terraced with barbecue.
- Private parking. 
- 12x5 mts swimming pool shared with the other two houses.

Equipment

To ensure a pleasant staying, all our houses count on a rustic fireplace in the living room and a modern heating sistem in each room. The reservation include towels, duvet and savannahs.

Each house has also a complete kitchenware.
In the living room, there is a sofa, wood armchairs and TV with satellite connection.

Outside zone

For enjoying the scenery and the healthy air of the "sierra", each house has is own terraced with barbecue, with a table and banks.

With approximatly 700 mts of green, and fruit trees, our swimming pool sharing by the 3 houses, is situated in the top zone of the property, in an isolated area with differents access for each house.

15O eur / day for the complete house

COMPLETE WEEK RENT
800 eur / week for the complete house

Our prices include:
    - Accommodation.
    - The bed and bathroom equipment.
    - La ropa de cama y baño.
    - The cleaning on arrival.
    - Taxes.
    - VAT

In any case more persons than the house can receipt wont be accepted, we reserve the right of no admission, or in its case of evacuated.

Reservation

Confirmation by email or phone of the date of arrival and depart.
Anticipate deposit minimum of 50% of the total price(the 100% of the amount must be payed before the arrival).
