Costaalquileres.com is a company located in Estepona that specializes in renting apartments and holiday homes in the area of Manilva, Sabinillas, Casares Costa, Marbella and Estepona.

Costaalquileres.com works directly with the owners in two ways:

A) We will provide you with clients to rent your home; however, you will be responsible for all the rental management details such as delivery of keys, collecting keys, change of linen, bond, etc. On this basis we will charge a 15% commission per completed rental.

B) We will take care of everything. The cost is 20% commission per completed rental, € 10 per hour for house cleaning, €25 for laundry for 2 bedroom homes and and € 30 for 3 bedroom homes.

Important: We do not rent houses that we have not visited beforehand and do not have current pictures of the property.
