Villa Sherezade is situated on the “Costa del Sol” (Málaga), in Marbella – San Pedro de Alcántara, in a residential area called “Cortijo Blanco”, at only four minute’s walk from the Beach and ten minutes walk from the village of “San Pedro de Alcántara”, finding “Puerto Banús” at only 1´5 km.

Villa Sherezade is a private villa with a colonial style, offering you 640 square meters villa on a plot of land of 3.000 square meters. The villa is distributed in 7 bedrooms and 6 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, main lounge, dining area, large kitchen with dining area, swimming pool size 14 x 7 meters, covered porch, BBQ and sun beds. We are able to accommodate 2 single beds upon request for which the villa could accommodate a total of 16 persons.

The house combines comfort and space, since it has been equipped with details to make your holidays a memorable one, offering TV, DVD, satellite TV and music set.

The holiday rentals villa is situated in a residential area at only 2 minutes walk from bars, restaurants and large supermarket and at only 4 minutes walk from the beach where beach bars and restaurants are easily found and at 10 minutes walk from the village of “San Pedro de Alcántara” which offers you all the necessary, including, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, coffee shops, shops, church, police office, tourist office, etc…

Nearby you may also find the “Club Nueva Alcántara” which is considered one of the best tennis and paddle clubs of Andalucía, as it also offers, gym, sauna and club house.

Villa Sherezade is also situated at only 1´5 km of the famous “Puerto Banús”. You may access the same, either by walking along the beach, enjoying sea views and magnificent villas or at only 2 minutes by car on the Nac-340 road. Between the villa and “Puerto Banús” you may find the well known “Bhuda Beach” and “Ocean Club”, which area closed in areas with swimming pool, music, restaurant, shops, all next to the beach and where swimming and sun bathing, can become a party. “Puerto Banús” is also one of the most exclusive Ports of the world, offering the biggest concentration of exclusive boutiques, restaurants, fashionable bars, exclusive discoteques and a large commercial center called “El Corte Inglés”.

Equally, at only a few minutes from VILLA SHEREZADE, you may find 18 golf courses of the 32 that are offered in the province of Málaga, since we are also known as the “Costa del Golf”

Garden & Swimming Pool

From the street you access the villa through a large automatic door, which gives way to a large parking area which space for 8 cars. At both sides of this parking area, you can find extension of garden, trees and plants and to the front, the main entrance of the villa.

The villa is surrounded by large and beautiful gardens, with as stated previously, a large selection of trees and plants, including fruit trees of all kinds, such as mango tree, Apple tree, pear tree, lemon tree, orange tree, fig tree, avocado tree, plum tree, etc…. Due to the large extension of green areas you shall be able to enjoy a wide variety of outside activities, for which we have equipped the villa with a tennis table for your enjoyment.

In the garden area, you may find the large swimming-pool, size 15 m. X 7 m., an exterior shower and the BBQ. The villa also offers, sun beds and swimming-pool towels for our guests.
