We rent a lovely finca house in Spain, on the “Costa del Sol” (Málaga), in the Estepona area, only fifteen minutes by car from the famous “Puerto Banús” and 5 minutes by car from the port of Estepona.

On the other hand the port of Estepona is also well known for fish restaurants and a lovely Sunday market

Casa SUVEENA is situated just 1Km from the Beach in land and has beautiful sea views, as well as being able to view the African Coast and Gibraltar and mountains views since at the back of the villa you can find the lovely mountains of “Sierra Bermeja”.

This unique and private house with a constructed area of 130 square metres, built in a plot of land of 2.000 square metres, is ideal for golfers, families and friends who wish to enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere but at the same time it is only 5 minutes by car from all amenities and services.

The beach, of this area is absolutely wonderful, maybe this is one of the reasons why one of the best 5 stars Hotels of the coast, “The kempinsky Resort Hotel” decided to build their hotel here.

For those who enjoy golf, please note that the area counts with many Golf courses, since we are also known as the “Costa del Golf”.

Casa SUVEENA can fit 8 people, distributed in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms andtoilet, of which 2 of them are on the ground floor and two of them on the upper floor.The Floors of the house are radiated, therefore reaches a good temperature in winter and can walk with bear feet on a warm floor.

GROUND FLOOR BEDROOMS:

The first bedroom has an on suite bathroom with independent bath and shower unit.The bedroom itself offers, two single beds, which together make a king size bed if you wish and Bamboo bedside table and wardrobe. The window has mosquito net fittings, which allows you to have the window open all night with no intruders.

The second bedrooms is much smaller and shares the on suite bathroom, but the toilet with washing-basin is situated also on the ground floor just opposite this mentioned bedroom for which it is very convenient, only needing the on suite bathroom for showers. This bedroom offers a bunk bed.

SECOND FLOOR BEDROOMS:

The second floor of the house leads to the other two bedrooms which shareshower room with toilet.One of them offers a double bed and the other, two single beds, ideal for a couple with two children since both bedrooms are communicated.

These bedrooms lead to wonderful solarium - terrace which also enjoys all the magnificent views states, such as sea, country side and mountains.

LOUNGE AND DINNING AREA:

Casa SUVEENA has a beautiful and bright lounge and dinning area in two separate levels which lead directly out to the porch and garden.The magnificent sea, countryside and pool views make you forget there is a world outside, since three of the four walls of the lounge are windows, therefore the views can be enjoyed from both, inside and outside the house.

The lounge offers a TV and satellite channel, as well as a hi-fi set.

THE KITCHEN:

The kitchen is also situated in the ground floor of the house and is fully equipped with gas hob, oven, fan extractor, fridge/freezer, washing-machine and microwave, as well as, coffee machine and toaster.Obviously, equipted with delph and cutlery for 8.

The kitchen leads directly to one of the sides of the villa with safety grilled door, leading also to the garden and another door which leads directly to the dinning area.

THE GARDEN:

In the garden you will find the Swimming-pool with a relaxing rounded shape and an outside covered sitting area, for those who wish to enjoy a lunch out in the fresh air under the vine leaves next to the garden and pool.

In the lower part of the garden, you will find a big extension of land in which the children are able to play and pick fruits from the many fruit trees that this area offers.

GARAGE:

Casa SUVEENA, also provides a covered garage, which fits two cars at the entrance of the house, although a third car could also be fitted but not under cover.

PRICES PER WEEK 2004 / 2005:

Our prices are stated per week and include the following services:

• A before and after clean of the House.
• Sheets and towels provided, as well as, a change of the same, once a week.
• Blankets.
• Folding cot provided if necessary with no extra cost.
• Cleaning of the swimming pool.
• Garden maintenance.
• Heaters provided (in winter) for the upper floor of the house since the lower part does not need the mentioned due to the radiated floor.

We do not include in our prices but are able to offer you the following services if you where interested in the same:

• Cleaning lady per hours.
• Baby sitter
• Catering.
• Car rental
• Pick up and take back to the airport.
• Laundry and dry cleaning service.

Within walking distance of the house, you are able to find one of the most exclusive and well known Horse Ridding Centres of the Costa del Sol, in which anyone can go for an hour or a day and enjoy Ridding one of their horses.

SELWO PARK: 2 km., from Casa SUVEENA, there is one of the biggest animal parks of Spain, called “SELWO”.The animals are in semi-freedom in an extension of land of 1.000.000m2 which you can either, walk through or use their land rover lorries (included in the price).

In this mentioned park, the activities vary from justenjoying the view and the animals to exhibitions with animals provided by staff of the park.For those who need stronger emotions, you can try the Archery, Tirolina, Lianin, Suspension Bridge, Wall Scaling and you can even stay a night in their bungalows if you wish.
