Villa Casablanca
We rent an exclusive luxury villa in Spain, on the Costa del Sol (Málaga), located in the famous Puerto Banús (Marbella) behind the Casino of the Hotel Plaza. The villa has 240 squared metres constructed on a plot of 600 squared metres, of which approximately 300 squared metres correspond to garden and porch area.
“Puerto Banús” is a port, where you will find the most luxurious boats and yachts, as well as the most exclusive boutiques, restaurants and shops all open until late at night or simply sun bathe in any of its beaches.
The villa is situated in a residential and relaxing urbanization, near the bull ring of Nueva Andalucía and the Casino of the Hotel Plaza, only 3 minutes walk from supermarkets, bars, etc… and five minutes walk from the beach and Puerto Banús, also situated at only a few minutes from the best Golf Courses of the “Costa del Sol”.
The villa offers, lounge, dinning area, guest toilet, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms), private garden, swimming-pool, jacuzzi, garage. This villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 persons.
The garden of this villa is divided in two areas, one next to the entrance of the villa in which you may sun bathe or play games.
The other area of the garden is situated in front of the lounge area and around the swimming pool, where you can also find the jacuzzi (for 8 persons), a porch area situated on a higher level, where you can find a comfortable sitting area with big inviting outside sofás and a super king size sun bed, as well as a sun shade. At night time, sit down, relax and enjoy the outside lights of the house, since the same are distribuited to make a unique atmosphere.
Next to the jacuzzi and hidden behind exotic plants, you can find a beautiful glass built shower offering hot and cold water.
All the exterior of the villa is either grass or paved with non slippery White marble. The swimming pool measurements are 8 x 4 metres.
Next to the swimming pool, you will find the covered porch area with two glass tables, being able to accomodate up to 12 persons sitting down, as well as the BBQ.
You are able to open completely the lounge, creating an opened and unique area, mixing interior and exterior.
At night, the villa offers an incledible light setting, to make a unique atmosphere, since all the columns of the house can be lit, as well as all the outside steps, the surroundings of the pool and the pool itself.
The lounge of the villa offers a wide opened space, with sitting area in front of the flat screen TV, circular bar area with a wide selection of bottles of all kind of alcohol, such as whisky, brandy, gin etc...., a relaxing chaise long and fancy designer table in red and air conditioning.
In front of the flat screen TV, you can find 2 sofas, TDT, SKY, DVD and a “Bosé” sound system, as well as a gel chimnea.
On a higher level than the lounge and going up a set of stairs, you can find the dinning area, guest toilet and kitchen.
The Dinning room offers a 19mm glass table, sitting 10 persons with designer chairs and Italian lamp and air conditioning.
In front of the dinning area, you can find the opened kitchen, offering all you need such as, an american fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, glass top hob, coffee machine and other small electric appliances to make guests feel more at home. Obviously equipped with delph, cutlery, etc…, for the amount of people the villa accommodates, it also offers air conditioning.
From the dinning area and going up another set of stairs, you find a landing which gives way to the master bedroom of the villa and a terrace. This master bedroom offers a king size bed, two fitted wardrobes, TV and DVD, air conditioning and a French window leading to the terrace. This master bedroom has an en-suite fully fitted bathroom.
From the landing of the master bedroom, you go up another set of stairs and you find 2 bedrooms which share one shower room.
One of these bedrooms offers a King size bed, TV and DVD and air conditioning.
The shared shower room, offers a shower, toilet, bide and washing basin.
The other bedroom, offers 2 single beds, TV, DVD and air conditioning.
In front of both these bedrooms, on the landing, you can find a fitted wardrobe.
From the landing of the bedrooms stated before, you go up another set of stairs and we reach the last level of the villa and the 4th bedroom, offering 2 single beds, two fitted wardrobes, TV, DVD and airconditing.
This bedrooms also has a en-suite shower room with a large shower, toilet, bide and two washing basins.
The large window of this bedroom offers a fabulous sea views.
