Rent a villa on the “Costa del Sol” (Málaga), based on the golf course of ATALAYA GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB of Benahavis at only 5 km., from the beach (4 minutes by car), the villa has 220 squared metres constructed on a plot of land of 600 squared metres.  The villa is situated at only 10 minutes by car from the famous Puerto Banús.

“Puerto Banús” is a seaport in which the most famous yatchts moor, where you can also sunbathe in one of its adjacent beaches,  shop in the most exclusive boutiques or dine in a wide variety of restaurants, as well as having a drink in a nice bar or in fashionable bars and discotheques.

Nearby the villa and at only 5 minutes you can find various Golf Courses, for which this area also receives the name of  “Costa del Golf “

The villa can accommodate between 8 and 10 persons, distribuited in 4 bedrooms, finding 3 of them on the top floor and all of them with en-suite bathrooms and one of them also with en-suite bathroom on the lower floor in which you can also find the lounge, dinning area, kitchen, exterior terrace and swimming pool.

The villa is constructed on a HILL of a Golf Course, for which you are able to access the villa either from the garage or the main entrance having the villa 3 levels in total.  Entering the main access of the villa you can find a garden area and direct access to the villa entrance or through the side of the villa going down stairs to a lower level you can find the kitchen door.

From the entrance of the villa we access the hall, which gives way to 3 bedrooms and the stairs that give way to the lower level. 

MASTER BEDROOM:

This bedrooms is decorated in silver colours, offers a bed size 180 x 200 metres, with a headboard in dark wood and crocodile silver skin, 2 bedside tables, 2 armchairs and a 4 doors built in wardrobe. The bedroom offers a complete bathroom, air conditioning and exterior terrace.  From the bed you can enjoy superb sea and golf course views.

Due to the size of the bedroom, if they are needed and requested we are able to accomodate 2 extra single beds, size 90 x 190 metres each.  The bedroom offers electric blinds and cream marble floors.

MASTER BATHROOM:

As stated the master bedroom, offers a complete bathroom en-suite, with double washing-basins, toilet, bidet, bath/jacuzzi and independent walk-in shower and window.

BEDROOM N. 1:

This bedroom is decorated in bronce and cream colours, offering 2 single beds size 90 x 200 metres each bed, 2 large headboards and a 4 door built in wardrobe.  It also offers en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, large mirrow, large window and door leading to the exterior terrace.  This room also offers excellent sea and golf course views.

This bedroom as stated, offers an en-suite bathroom, with washing-basin, toilet and a corner shower unit.  The bathroom offers exterior window. 

From both the master bedroom and bedroom nº 1 we can enjoy these superb views from the terrace which they both share. 

BEDROOM Nº 3:

This bedroom is decorated in gold and light blue colours, offers 2 single beds size 90 X 200 metres and due to the design of the headboard, the single beds are able to be joined or separated, option which we leave for our guests to decide.

The bedroom also offers 4 door built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and a large window which is orientated to the entrance of the villa.

As the other bedrooms in the villa, this bedroom also offers its en-suite bathroom with washing-basin, toilet and a bath.  The bathroom offers exterior window.

From the hall of the villa which also distribuites the 3 bedrooms above mentioned, we can find the stairs going to the lower level of the villa, in which level we can find, the fourth bedroom and bathroom, lounge, dinning area, kitchen and exterior terrace with swimming pool.

DORMITORIO N. 4:

The 4th bedroom of the villa is situated on the lower level next to the lounge.  It is decorated in soft mauve colours and offers a double bed size 135 X 200, a large fitted wardrobe and french windows which provide you with direct access to the outside terrace. Also offering air conditioning.

This last bedroom also offers a bathroom with a shower unit, toilet and washing basin and window. 

MAIN LOUNGE:

In the main lounge, we you find 2 large sofas in cream leather, although at present not finished, since we are receiving furniture everyday, it shall be provided with a corner and central coffee tables, large plasma TV of 42”, DVD, music set “Bosé” satellite TV, as well as air conditioning.

DINNING AREA:

Next to the lounge, you can find the dinning area with views overlooking the golf course and the swimming pool. Decorated with a glass table and 6 chairs. It offers a chimney for the winter months.      

KITCHEN:

Next to the dinning area and lounge you can find the kitchen of the villa, which is fully equipped, offering; microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, as well as small electrical appliances such as, coffee machine, toaster, food mixer, electric kettle, deep fat fryer.

EXTERIOR AREA:

You are able to access the exterior areas by the french windows of the lounge, dinning area and lower level bedroom or from the kitchen.

The exterior is an outside terrace where you can find the swimming pool size 7´60 X 4 metres, and a depth of 1´20 metres to 2´50 metres.

The outside area, will offer a large table of 2’40 X 1’20 metres and 12 chairs, as well as a retractable sun shade which has been divided in two areas for you to enjoy the amount of sun or shade you wish.

The rest of the terrace can be used to place sun beds and the BBQ.  The exterior area, also provide you with speakers to enjoy music in the exterior while enjoying the views or having a drink. An exterior shower is situated in the terrace to be used before and after using the pool facilities.  We provide you with beach towels and change of the same once a week (Saturday).

GARAGE:

The villa also offers a large covered and closed up garage, although you shall find no parking problems at the main door of your villa. The garage is situated on an inferior level, beneath swimming pool area.

The residential area in which the villa is situated “La Alquería” offers 24 hour cámara security and has at the disposition of the urbanization and therefore the villa the usage of a paddel court.

• Air conditioning with a limit (Please note that the air conditioning for both cold and hot air, is in an independent meter, costing the same 0’30.- Euros per Raw.  The normal use would cost approximately 30.- euros/ per week and this amount would not be charged. If you exceeded this amount, the surplus would be charged.  The meter is shown to you on arrival and departure.).
• A before and after clean of the villa.
• Change of sheets and towels once a week (Saturday is change over day).

I offer all our guests a 100% personal service, since I greet you personally on arrival and am there at your departure.  In addition, our 24 hour service means which you can contact me directly on my mobile telephone.

On arrival you are greeted with a glass of wine or beer, (other refreshments for the younger members of the family) in the Porch area, where a short introduction to the villa and its surroundings is offered.  In the villa, our guests will find a file with full information on the villa and the surrounding area, which you can read once you have settled in and are more relaxed.
