This villa is situated at only 10 km from Marbella and 20 km from the famous “Puerto Banús”.  The villa offers 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, dining area, private garden, swimming pool, BBQ, as well as a private apartment, fully equipped. With the apartment, the villa can accommodate a maximum of 9 persons.

“Puerto Banús” is a seaport in which the most famous yatchts moor, where you can also sunbathe in one of its adjacent beaches,  shop in the most exclusive boutiques or dine in a wide variety of restaurants, as well as having a drink in a nice bar or in fashionable bars and discotheques.

The urbanization of “Elviria” is a well known residential area, surrounded by other villas. Therefore, the tranquility and relaxation is one of its greatest’s virtues.

Equally, at only 2km, you may find the beach, commercial center, the five star hotel “Don Carlos”, as well as, Nikki beach Club, “OH Marbella” discoteque, beach bars and much more, for which entertainment & fun is also assured. 

Villa ELVIRIA, is situated next to the Golf course of “Greenlife Golf Marbella”.  This golf course offers 9 holes, par 3 of 1.142 square meters.
This Golf course is located in a beautiful place with lush vegetation, composed of palms and oaks. Its route that runs around a spectacular artificial lake is composed of holes reaching from 88 up to 169m.

As well as this Golf course, you may find at short distance by car, 18 other Golf Courses, of the 32 which are offered in the province of Málaga, as this area is also known as the “Costa del Golf”.

GARDEN & SWIMMING POOL :

In the private garden of the villa, you may find the swimming pool, size 9 x 4 meters. This swimming pool can be heated for which it also offers an automatic cover for this purpose.
In the garden, you may also find the BBQ area, the covered porch, grass areas and the sun deck next to the swimming pool, where you may relax and enjoy the sun in one of our sun lounges. The garden also offers, exterior shower, inflatables for the pool and exterior games.

The entrance of the villa offers 2 garden areas, one at each side of the villa and chairs to relax.

The entrance hall of the villa offers, a desk and chair and fitted wardrobes. 

The villa is offered with a telephone, from which land line calls are allowed with no extra cost, for which you are able to reserve a table at a restaurant, call a taxi or the airport to ensure your flight details.
The villa also offers, wireless internet, free of charge.

LOUNGE:

From the entrance hall, you access the lounge, in which you can find a large cream leather sofa, 2 comfortable chairs, large stool/puf, TV, Satellite, TDT, Sky, DVD, books and a chimney are offered for your enjoyment and entertainment.

The lounge offers a total of 36 square meters.

DINING AREA:

The dining area offers a total of 17 square meters.
The dining area of the villa, offers a lovely wooden table with capacity for 8 persons, next to which you can find the “Reading Corner”.  This “Reading Corner” offers a large comfortable arm chair and foot stool ideal for those whom wish to relax or read, without losing the view of the swimming pool and green areas.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen offers a total of 16 square meters.
Next to the lounge, you can find the kitchen, offering a total of 30 square meters.  The kitchen is fully equipped, offering, vitro-ceramic hob of 4 rings, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, as well as all you need to make your stay, just like at home.

As you leave the kitchen to the exterior of the villa, you can find a paved patio, where breakfast becomes an enjoyment.This paved patio, offers an electric sun shade for you to decide the amount of sun or shade you wish to have at any time of the day. The patio offers a total of 36 square meters.

MASTER BEDROOM:

This bedroom offers a total of 18 square meters of which 3´75 square meters belong to the ensuite bathroom.

This bedroom offers, a King size bed 1´50 cx 2´00, 2 bedside tables, large 3 door fitted wardrobe, chair and window with views to the garden and swimming pool. This bedroom offers mosquito net on window and can be accessed from the lounge and from the dining area.
 
BATHROOM OF MASTER BEDROOM:

The Master bathroom offers, shower unit, toilet and washing basin. A large window can be found, which offers natural light and ventilation to this bathroom.

TWIN PINK BEDROOM :

The pink bedroom, offers a total of 12 square meters and a bathroom of 4’35 square meters.
This bedroom offers twin beds, size 0´90 x 1´90, bed side table, 2 door fitted wardrobe, and a window with mosquito net. The window offers garden views.
This bedroom, leads to a distribuition hall that leads at the same time to the master bedroom and to the lounge area.

YELLOW TWIN BEDROOM :

CONTACT US

The 4th bedroom of the villa, is part of the independent apartment which is built underneath the villa. This apartment is completely oppened to the exterior by the front of the same, leading to the garden areas.
The apartment offers a total  of 49 square meters of which 12´50 square meters belong to the bedroom, 20 square meters belong to the lounge, 9 square meters belong to the kitchen, 5´20 square meters belong to the bathroom.

The apartment offers a lounge, with 2 sofa’s, coffee table, console table with TV and DVD, as well as, dining area with dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen, is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, etc..

From the lounge, you can access the bedroom, which offers a double bed and a single bed, fitted wardrobe and window to the exterior.

The bathroom of the apartment, offers, shower unit, toilet and washing basin.
