Villa Kristina - For Rent - Estepona - San Pedro de Alcántara - Marbella

We rent a luxury villa in spain, on the Costa del Sol (Málaga), near San Pedro de Alcantara(Marbella) and Estepona, and only 10 minutes away by car from the famous Puerto Banus.

“Puerto Banús” is a port, where you will find the most luxurious boats and yachts, as well as the most exclusiveboutiques,restaurants and shops all open until late at night.

The Villa is situated in a privileged residential area at the end of a beautiful avenue with a fountain, only three minutes’ by car from the beach, five minutes’ by car from the village of “San Pedro de Alcántara”, where you can find everything you need, such as a chemist’s, taxis, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, churches, etc., and only a few minutes from the best Golf courses of the “Costa del Sol”, since we are also known as the “Costa del Golf”. The property is situated in the area of the map stated as “Benavista”.

As stated the villa is situated in a residential area, constructed on a plot of land of 3.100 m2 and can sleep between 10 & 15 persons. Distribuited in 5 bedrooms.On the ground floor we can find 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1 guest toilet (every two bedrooms share a bathroom).On the ground floor you may also find a big lounge and two dinning areas, one in front of the other, as well as a large kitchen. On the first ground you can find the main bedroom with bathroom en suite and a private terrace with sea views.

There is a drive in entrance which is accessed by a remote controled slide door at which end you find a closed up garage and inside the same we offer a billard table and ping-pong table (this ping-pong table can also be used outdoor), as well as a fridge and chairs. This is an ideal place for both young and old, to enjoy of the entertainment without disturbing the relaxing atmosphere of the villa.

At the right of the garage you have enough room to park two cars, although parking is not a problem since the drive way is wide and large.

From the area of the garage, we access the main entrance of the villa.As you enter you have a hall with fitted wardrobes a large mirror and the alarm system.

LOUNGE

A double door gives way to the lounge of the villa, with various sofas, the chimney a large TV with satelite and music set.

The lounge is communicated with the dinning room situated in higher level, as well as leading to the kitchen.

DINNING AREAS

The main dinning room offers a table for six and just in front, we find the second dinning room also offering a table for six, both with different views of the garden. Ideal areas to sit an enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Both dinning rooms are next to the kitchen.

KITCHEN

The large kitchen offers, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, glass hob top and all kind of small electrical appliances to make the stay of our guest as comfortable as possible.

GUEST TOILET: Near the kitchen and the dinning areas, you can find the guest toilet, decorated in cream marble, with the accesories in gold & silver.In from of the guest toilet, the passage which gives way to the ground floor bedrooms and the stairs which give way to the master bedroom on the first floor

FIRST TWIN BEDROOM

rom the passage we access the first bedroom of the ground floor, offering twin beds (size 1’90 X 90), and a big fittedwardrobe in cherry wood colour. Decoratedinblue and yellow, offers views to the main porch and swimming-pool. Has the possibility of fitting an extra single bed.

SHARED BATHROOM

Thisbedroom and the one stated bellow, both share the bathroom shown, which offers a confortable shower toilet and sink. Decorated in cream and wine colour marble, including the sink, with the accesories in gold & silver.

SECOND TWINBEDROOM

The second bedroom, decorated in soft blue colours, also offers twin beds (size 190 X 90), a big fitted wardrobe in chery wood colour, also offers views to the main porche and swimming-pool and shares the bathroom above with the first twin bedroom. Has the possibility of fitting an extra single bed.

THIRD BEDROOM

The third bedroom of the villa, is at the end of the passage and offers and double bed (1’35 x 1’90), a fitted wardrobe and views to the back garden.It shares the bathroom with the bedroom stated next. Since this bedroom is at the end of the passage, it is necessary to go through this bedroom in order to reach the bedroom stated next.

SHARED BATHROOM

his bathroom is shared by the previous and next bedrooms, also decorated and cream marble, including sink and with the accesories in gold & silver.

FOURTH BEDROOM

The fourth bedroom of the villa, offers as shown, beutifull views of the main porch and swimming-pool. It is the biggest bedroom of the villa, offering twin beds, fire place,fittedchery colour wardrobe, two chairs and table and has the possibility of fitting two extra beds.

MASTER BEDROOM ON FIRST FLOOR

The Master bedroom is situated on the first floor and is on suite.It offers a king size bed (size 200 x 150), a large fitted wardrobre and independent terrace with sea views. It has the possibility of fitting an extra single bed.

ON SUITE BATHROOM OF MASTER BEDROOM

his spacious on suite bathroom offers our guests, large shower for two, hidro-massage bath, toilet and sink. Decorated in cream and wine coulour marble.

Sea and different garden views from terrace of first floor in Master bedroom. In the garden we can find a covered porch communicated with the lounge and next to the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.

Our prices are quoted per week and include the following services:

• A before and after cleaning of the Villa.
• Sheets and towels provided and and change of both once a week.
• Blankets.
• Extra pillows.
• Beach towels provided and changed of same once a week.
• Folding cot provided if required at no extra cost.
• Swimming pool cleaning.
• Garden maintenance.
• An outside ping-pong or table tennis facility.
• Billiard table.

We do not include in our prices but are able to offer you the following services where required:

• Air-conditioning, (hot and cold) to be paid separately.
• Cleaning lady on an hourly basis.
• Baby sitter
• Catering.
• Car rental
• Pick up from, and drop off at, the airport.

n the locality, there is a great variety of well-known restaurants and beach bars, situated all along the fabulous “Paseo Marítimo” which is a lovely beach with apedestrianised area.Only five minutes’ walk from the house, is one of the most exclusive Paddel clubs of Andalusia.This is a Sports club, which offers not only all the services of the best gymnasiums but also Paddel, Tennis, Jacuzzi, Sauna, as well as an exclusive Restaurant and Coffee Bar.
