Villa MAGNOLIA, is also situated at only 1´5 km of the famous “Puerto Banús”. You may access the same, either by walking along the beach, enjoying sea views and magnificent villas or at only 3 minutes by car on the Nac-340 road. La villa is constructed on a plot of land of 1.500 square meters, with large and beautiful grown garden, which palm trees and exotic plants in which you may enjoy the large swimming pool (size 14 x 7 meters), or surrounding areas.
At only 7 minutes walk you reach the beach, where many beach bars and restaurants are can be found.
On the right of the beach, you can enjoy the lovely promenade again with a large number of beach bars and restaurants.
Equally, at only a few minutes from VILLA MAGNOLIA, you may find 18 golf courses of the 32 that are offered in the province of Málaga, since we are also known as the “Costa del Golf”.
SWIMMING-POOL: VILLA MAGNOLIA offers a large swimming pool size 14 x 7 meters. For your security the flooring around the pool area is non slippery. The swimming pool area also offers a life saving ring.
EXTERIOR & COVERED PORCH:
From the dining area you access the exterior and covered porch, which is a large area of 28’50 square meters and which offers you views to the garden and swimming pool. You can find a large table with chairs, where you can either relax or enjoy a dining “al fresco”.
BARBACUE: The barbecue woks with charcoal and is within the style of the villa, as it is made of iron and it is movable, for which it can be placed in the area of the garden which you consider more convenient.
GARDEN AREA: Villa MAGNOLIA, offers a large area of grass next to the swimming pool and around all the villa, as it offers 1.150 square meters of gardens, in which you may find a large number of trees and flowers which make this garden look like paradise.
Villa MAGNOLIA, is a private villa with a colonial style, offering you 340 square meters villa on a plot of land of 1.500 square meters. The villa is distributed in 5 bedrooms of which 4 of them offer en-suite bathrooms, as well as, 1 guest toilet, main lounge, dining area, large kitchen with dining area. We are able to accommodate 2 single beds upon request for which the villa could accommodate a total of 12 persons.
LOUNGE:
The villa offers a main lounge which offers direct access to the garden through a large French window. It offers, two large sofas, coffee table, plasma 40” TV, DVD, satellite TV and music set, as well as large chimney which gives the characteristic colonial style to the villa.
The main lounge gives way to the kitchen, entrance hall and bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom.
DINING AREA:
The large dining area size 28’50 square meters, offers a large table in wood which can accommodate between 8 and 10 persons. From the dining area you access the exterior porch and it also offers a sitting area in front of the dining table.
KITCHEN:
Easily accessed from the exterior or main lounge, you can find the kitchen. The kitchen is large and light and offers “Siemens” furniture in white and work top in black granite. The kitchen is fully equipped, with 4 gas rings, microwave, dishwasher, washing-machine, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, deep fat fryer, other small electrical appliances, as well as 2 sinks and sufficient cutlery, glasses and tableware. The kitchen also offers an American fridge-freezer and large storage cupboard.
Integrated in the kitchen furniture and with black granite top, the kitchen offers a dining table with 5 comfortable armchairs.
From the kitchen you may access directly the garden and exteriors of the villa.
MASTER BEDROOM on Ground Floor:
The main bedroom is situated on ground floor and is accessed from the main lounge. It offers, entrance hall, bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
It offers a total of 34´50 square meters of which 11 square meters belong to the bathroom.
This bedroom offers marble floors with double bed size (1’35 x 1’90), two bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, library and built in wardrobe with 4 doors. Decorated in a colonial style, this bedroom also offers two large window/balconies with views to the swimming pool.
This main bedroom is large, for which we are able to accommodate an extra single bed upon request.
MASTER BATHROOM on Ground Floor:
The en-suite bathroom of this bedroom, offers natural light and is well ventilated, as it offers a window to the exterior, as well as 2 washing basins over marble work top, toilet, bidet, hair dryer and a large round bath with Jacuzzi. This bathroom is very comfortable and large.
DOUBLE BEDROOM on Ground Floor:
The second bedroom is also situated on the ground floor and is accessed from the kitchen. It has a total surface of 17’45 square meters of which 4’75 square meters belong to the bathroom. It offers a double bed size 1’35 x 1’90, 2 bed side tables, a large built in wardrobe and window with garden views.
BATHROOM OF DOUBLE BEDROOM:
This bathroom offers, washing basin, toilet, bidet and a bath with seat size 1´00 X 1´00, which can be used as shower too.
BEDROOM with LIBRARY:
The third bedroom of the villa is situated on ground floor and is accessed from the hall entrance of the villa. It offers a total of 20 square meters. It offers a double bed size 1’35 x 1’90cm, 2 bed side tables and round table.
The window gives you views to the entrance garden of the villa. It offers a large library where it gets the name of library bedroom.
GUEST TOILET:
Next to this library bedroom, you can find the guest toilet, offering toilet and sink. It has 3 square meters and window to the exterior.
STAIRS TO 1st FLOOR OF VILLA:
From the entrance hall of the villa, we can find the stairs which lead to the 1st floor of the villa. And the end of the passage we find an large open area with views to the main lounge, size 13’50 square meters and which offers a complete office with old style desk and comfortable desk armchair, where you can relax and check your e-mails and continue with your work, being able to combine, pleasure, relaxing moments and work.
This open office, also gives way to both the bedrooms situated on the 1st floor of the villa.
BEDROOM 4 on Firts Floor:
It is a large bedroom size 26´65 square meters of which 7 square meters belong to the bathroom. The fourth bedroom is situated on the first floor of the villa. It offers, entrance hall, bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom.
The bedroom offers, twin beds size 0‘90 x 1’90, bed side table, dressing table and large 6 doors built in wardrobe. It also offers a large window/balcony with views to the garden of the entrance of the villa.
BATHROOM OF BEDROOM 4:
This bathroom offers, 2 washing basins over marble work top, toilet, bidet and a bath size 1’80cm which can also be used as shower, as well as window.
DORMITORIO N. 5 on First Floor:
It offers a total of 28´50 square meters of which 7´50 square meters belong to the bathroom. The fith bedroom is situated on the first floor of the villa. It offers, entrance hall, bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom
The bedroom offers, twin beds size 0‘90 x 1’90, bed side table and large 6 doors built in wardrobe. It also offers a large window/balcony with views to the garden of the entrance of the villa.
