We have for rent a luxurious villa in Spain, on the “Costa del Sol” (Málaga), in the “Marbella” – “San Pedro de Alcántara” area at only 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the center of the village. The villa has 400 squared metres constructed on a plot of land 1.000 squared metres, enjoying 700 squared metres of garden areas.  The villa is situated at only 3 minutes by car from the famous “Puerto Banús”.

“Puerto Banús” is a seaport in which the most famous yatchts moor, where you can also sunbathe in one of its adjacent beaches,  shop in the most exclusive boutiques or dine in a wide variety of restaurants, as well as having a drink in a nice bar or in fashionable bars and discotheques.

The Villa is situated in a privileged area at the end of a beautiful avenue with gardens and fountains, only two minutes’ walk from the beach and the promenade, where you can enjoy a lovely walk, have a drink or dine in one of its restaurants along the mentioned promenade enjoying sea views.  The villa is only a few minutes from the best Golf courses of the “Costa del Sol”, since we are also known as the “Costa del Golf”.

BBQ & GARDEN AREA NEXT TO SWIMMING-POOL:

In the garden area, you can find the swimming-pool, a large built in BBQ surrounded by sitting area with central brick built rounded table and parasol, next to the same, you can find another exterior sitting area which offers large teak table and six positionable armchairs and a sun blind which can be opened to any length of the area for you to enjoy the amount of sun you wish to receive.

In the exteriors of the villa, you can also find a tennis-table, garden area with 14 sun beds and for the small ones of the family we offer, swings and slide, exterior games and we leave toys for them to enjoy.

The exterior shower (used for the pool) offers hot and cold wáter.

In our continues aim to offer our guests the maximum confort, we have installed a telescopic cover for the pool size 11 x 7 metres, which offers 30 squared metres of covered area, including the pool, sitting area and the possibility of adding sun beds if you wished.  This option is ideal for the winter, since not only you can enjoy the heated pool, but even if the weather was very cold, raining or windy, inside the cover you can enjoy a warm temperature, for which you can enjoy either day or night.

This cover is retractable, for which it can be taken back completely, leaving he pool area free.  It can be taken back upon request, although during the summer the pool is not covered.  Therefore, the pool is now offered all year round day and night, to the election of guests, enjoying in each season the temperature desired.

As stated the pool is heated for which we offer our guests the possibility of having the pool at the temperature they wish, being the maximum temperature of 30ºC.

The pool area, offers light for night time and music (which is controled from the granny anex).

The villa can accommodate 10-14 people, distributed in five en-suite bedrooms, of which you can find 3 bedrooms en-suite on the ground floor, the master bedroom en-suite on the first floor and the granny anex en-suite in the garden.

Once you enter the villa, you can find the main door of the villa, a pond with waterfall and fountain features, entrance to the garage, garden area and access to the dinning / chill out area.

Entrance

As you enter the main door of the villa you can find the hall which gives way, to the guess toilet, main lounge and Library-lounge as well as the stairs which gives access to the first floor where the master bedroom is situated.

MAIN LOUNGE:

The main lounge offers a sitting area with 3 large sofas in leather, chimney, music center, large TV with more than 200 channels to choose from in various languages, TDT, DVD for which you can also find a large collection of DVD’s for you to view.
The main lounge also offers air conditioning (hot and cold air), but if you do not wish to use the same we also offer a ceiling fan.

DINNING & CHILL OUT AREA:

In this main lounge and although divided by arches you can find the dinning and chill out area, offering a dinning table  table of 1’80m x 2’40m with a marble stand surrounded by 10 leather armchairs (the kitchen offers 4 more armchairs which can be added to the 10 existing in the dinning area in order to accommodate 14 persons).  This area also offers a small bar with 3 stools. Next to one of the main windows, with pond and garden views, you can find 2 comfortable armchairs to sit and chill out.
The dinning area offers 5 different types of lighting with dimmers, in order for you to choose the atmosphere you prefer for each occasion.

The dinning area offers PVC elevated doors which allow you to open up all the dinning area on to the garden if you wish, giving the sensation of indoor/outdoor.

The dinning area also offers its own air conditioning unit (hot & cold air).

KITCHEN:

Next to the dinning area, you can find the kitchen, offering, large work top and separate small dinning area. Fully equipped with ceramic hob with 4 rings, gas hob with 2 rings, electric grill, full size electric oven, microwave, deep-fat fryer. Also available are; dishwasher, washing-machine, larder fridge, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric keetle and other small electric appliances to make guests feel more at home, as well as a wide selection of bottles of all kind of alcohol, such as whisky, brandy, gin etc.

The kitchen also offers air conditioning unit (hot & cold air).

LYBRARY - LOUNGE:

The Library - lounge offers 2 large sofás in leather, TV, video, DVD and the collection of DVD’s mentioned previously.   You may also find a large collection of books of all kinds.

It is a lovely area in both Summer and Winter since it also offers a chimney.  Different games are at your disposition for you or the children to enjoy.

This library-lounge is ideal for relaxing and reading since it is away from the pool area, but also ideal for children since it also offers a Play station 1with various games and childrens films and books.

From the entrance of the villa, you access the first floor where the Master Bedroom is situated.

MASTER BEDROOM:

The first floor of the villa is dedicated exclusively for the Master Bedoom, Master bathroom and dressing room, as well as 2 terraces.

The master bedroom is decorated with an Egyptian style, offering a King size bed and sitting area a large French window leading to a terrace with views of all the garden and swimming pool area and a small window, both  of them offer blinds. 

We are also able to add 2 extra single beds if the same where needed.

You have a choice of either Air Conditioning unit (hot & could air) or a fan with remote control.

As the rest of the bedrooms of the villa, the master bedrooms has en-suite bathroom, all in marble including the shower and the washing basin top, offering, two washing basins, big mirror and small magnifying mirror, independent bath size 180cm and large shower as well as, a separate area for the bidet and toilet.

Under the washing basins, you can find cupboards to keep your personal belongings as well as an extra cupboard where we always leave some extra towels for our guests.
This bathroom is well ventilated, offering two Windows, one in the main bathroom and another in the toilet area. Wall heater is also provided in this bathroom.

DOUBLE BEDROOM IN GROUND FLOOR:

On the ground floor and accessed from the Library-lounge, you find another double bedroom all decorated in green colours, offering a King size bed and large wardrobes. We are also able to add an extra single bed to this bedroom if the same was needed.
This bedroom has large French doors in PVC and blind which give way to a alley that leads to the swimming pool and garden area.

This bedroom also offers its own bathroom, offering a washing basin with cupboard to keep your personal belongings, independent bath size 180cm and shower, toilet and bidet.

All decorated in a light blue tiling and marble top where the washing basin is situated.  Well ventilated by a large PVC window.

SILVER TWIN BEDROOM:

Also on the ground floor and accessed from the library-lounge, you can find one of the twin bedrooms decorated in silver and dark pearl colours and wooden floor, offering twin beds size 90 x 200cm, a four door wardrobe and large PVC window with blind.

As the other bedrooms it offers en-suite bathroom, with washing basin and cupboard to keep your personal belongings, bath size 150cm, bidet and toilet, wall heater and window.

BAMBOO TWIN BEDROOM:

This is the third bedroom on the ground floor also accessed from the library-lounge, offering twin beds, size 90 x 190cm, dressing table with triptical mirror and window in PVC with blind, as well as air conditioning unit (hot & cold air) and fan with remote control.  Decorated with bamboo and rattan furniture in cream colours.

This bedroom also offers an independent dressing room, decorated in wood as well as the wooden floor of the bedroom.

As the other bedrooms it offers en-suite bathroom, with designer washing basin in wood and stainless steel and cupboard to keep your personal belongings, bath size 180cm, bidet and toilet, wall heater and window.

GRANNY ANEX IN GARDEN :

In the garden and situated next tot he pool, you can find the Granny anex which offers complete privacy and independence.

This granny anex, offers twin beds size 90 x 190cm, four door wardrobe an armchair, window in PVC with blind, air conditioning unit (hot & cold air) and music set (which can be used for the pool area).  Decorated in orange colours.
We are also able to add an extra single bed to this bedroom if the same was needed.

The shower room of the granny anex, offers a washing basin with cupboard to keep your personal belongings, shower unit and toilet.  Well ventilated with window and decorated in soft blue and white.

GARAGE:

Although you will find no parking problems in the surroundings of the villa since it is a residential area, the villa offers a covered garage with room for one car.  At the entrance of the villa (only for the villa use) you may also park another car and as stated the surroundings offer no parking problems.
In the mentioned garage you may also find, the washing-machine, sun beds and sun cushions.

(Please note that we have no intention of making money on the air conditioning.  A normal use amounting to 50.- Euros per week is included in the price, but in order to make our guests conscious of this issue and in order to avoid the machines to be on and the windows left open we have had to implant this new system, therefore any amount above the amount stated shall be charged to the guest).
• Swimming pool heating 200 € per week.
